They get up early

I'm sure you hear this all the time. I used to hate that alarm every single morning when I would have to get up to that nine to five job I used to hate every day. Getting up early gives you more time to care for yourself and create healthy habits, which leads to a more productive and better mindset throughout your day.



Focused thinking

Journaling down your thoughts and ideas gives them a chance to grow. Writing them down on paper helps prevent them quickly going stagnant from just talking to a friend or keeping them in the back of your mind. Getting up every morning and starting your day with a journal prompt and writing down your goals is a big habit of most wealthy billionaires. Even just writing down your thoughts will help with stress and will show a big difference in your life.

Sleep
